1. Transactions will be processed within 3 hours on receipt of order.

2. Airlink online tickets are only issued as print @ home. You must have access to a printer to produce your tickets.

3. Photocopies are not acceptable.

4. When boarding at Airport please exchange online ticket at Airlink Office prior to boarding. This is located at Airlink bus stop outside UK Arrivals.

5. Airlink tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6. Replacements for lost or stolen Airlink tickets cannot be issued.

7. All tickets issued are subject to the Company's terms and conditions.

8. Lothian Buses reserve the right to decline on line transactions. In such circumstances tickets will not be dispatched and a full refund provided, where appropriate.

9. Lothian Buses will not share any of your private details and information with outside parties, except to the extent necessary to complete your order.

10. AIRLINK TICKETS are only valid for travel on Lothian Buses Airlink 100 service between Edinburgh Airport and Edinburgh City Centre.
